Telefónica utilizará Amdocs para estandarizar sus sistemas de soporte comercial en Chile y Perú. Después de la transformación, los suscriptores de esos países podrán optar por canales de autogestión o canales asistidos por un agente a través de la web, el call center o las tiendas comerciales para administrar sus servicios de conexión por cable, inalámbrica, internet y TV. Telefónica manifiesta que, al posibilitar la interacción online del usuario y garantizar una experiencia multicanal y digital de primer nivel para el cliente, se destacará en el mercado.
