Alianza has upgraded its residential and business VoIP solution portfolio for service providers. The Cloud Voice Platform provides APIs for an open and extensible solution that can integrate into different vendor environments. The company will be highlighting the solution at the NCTC's Independent Show this week in Orlando, FL.

The company says the new features have been deployed over the course of 2016 with a continuous and nondisruptive release process. Recent updates and enhancements to the platform include:

• Robocall Blocking
• Extended cloud communications to LTE and WiFi
• Multiscreen caller ID
• More efficient onboarding
• CSP back-office system integration
• Enhanced fraud prevention
