ARRIS (NASDAQ:ARRS) has announced its first DOCSIS 3.1 modems for operators and retailers.
ARRIS (NASDAQ:ARRS) has expanded its Channel Program into the United States and Canada. The program now provides support and sales for ARRIS's product and services portfolio in every major market.
ARRIS has also added new tools and resources intended to enable channel partners to design and deliver solutions for cable operators, telecom operators, ISPs, broadcasters, and enterprises. The program now offers added support - including sales tools, training, incentives and joint marketing programs, and activities - designed to expand sales and enhance customer relationships for qualified ARRIS value-added resellers (VARs).
ARRIS launched the Channel Program in January 2014 for international territories including Asia Pacific, CALA and EMEA. The program includes sales and marketing enablement, training and sales tools, and dedicated support. The program also centralizes its online resources.
