TWC Biz Connects to Public Clouds via Equinix

Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) Business Class (TWCBC) is now offering connectivity to the Equinix Cloud Exchange, an interconnection solution intended to enable business services customers to choose and connect securely to several public cloud service providers, such as Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) Web Services, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Azure and Rackspace.

Ethernet connectivity to the Equinix Cloud Exchange is delivered over TWCBC's fiber network, by leveraging network interconnection points with Equinix at key locations across the country. The connections to the Cloud Exchange are available from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps speeds, depending on capacity availability from the public cloud service provider requirements.
