AT&T (NYSE:T) is wasting no time capitalizing on its recent purchase of DirecTV. Starting on Aug. 10, the telco plans to offer a nationwide package of video and wireless services. The offer includes HD and DVR service for up to four TV receivers, unlimited talk and text for four wireless lines, and 10 GB of shareable wireless data for $200 per month.

As part of the Aug. 10 launch, new DirecTV subscribers will have immediate access to a TV Everywhere app at the point of sale, even before home TV service is installed. The walk out and watch feature will be delivered through the DirecTV app, and customers will have a limited time to activate their mobile TV service.

In addition to the TV and wireless combined plan, where available, customers also can add AT&T high-speed Internet services "All-Included" plans. Introductory 12-month promotional pricing includes a WiFi gateway with no monthly fees for equipment. Three speed tiers are available:

  • 6 Mbps, $30 per month
  • 24 Mbps, $40 per month
  • 45 Mbps and 75 Mbps, $50 per month
