Graham Holdings (NYSE:GHC) announced that it has completed the previously announced spin-off of Cable ONE (NYSE:CABO). Effective at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, one share of Cable ONE common stock was distributed for every share of Class A and Class B common stock of Graham Holdings outstanding on the June 15, record date. Cable ONE will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CABO."
Cable ONE serves nearly 700,000 customers in 19 states with high-speed Internet, cable TV and telephone service.
