ZCorum and Alianza have formed a new partnership to deliver a cloud-based VoIP solution for broadband service providers via ZCorum's VoiSelect brand. Combining Alianza's Cloud Voice Platform and ZCorum's digital voice and managed services, VoiSelect is intended to offer service providers the ability to launch new services or reduce total cost of ownership for existing voice services.
VoiSelect, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business model, is designed for residential and commercial voice, hosted IP PBX and SIP trunking services. ZCorum handles the front-end provisioning, device management and support, backed up by Alianza's VoIP technology platform and voice network. VoiSelect is managed through a web-based portal and also includes a brandable subscriber self-service portal.
