Mitel (NASDAQ:MITL) has added new features to its MiCloud portfolio for service providers. The business services cloud communications solution is intended to enable service providers to customize solutions to reach their target audience, from small-to-medium size businesses (SMBs) up to large enterprises.

New features are designed to enhance mobility, increase scalability for enterprise customers and further tighten integration with applications including Salesforce.com and Google Business Applications. The company has also streamlined the provisioning, management and support functions.
