Cogeco Cable Canada (TSX:CCA) has increased the speeds of several of its residential and business Internet packages in Quebec and Ontario. Current subscribers get the upgrades free of charge. The company has also launched a new business Internet package, Business Launch, with downstream speeds of up to 20 Mbps and upstream speeds of up to 10 Mbps.

Upgraded residential packages include:

  • Express 6: 6 Mbps down/2 Mbps up, 30 GB cap
  • Express 15: 15 Mbps down/2 Mbps up, 70 GB cap
  • Turbo 15: 15 Mbps down/2 Mbps up, 120 GB cap
  • Turbo 30: 30 Mbps down/10 Mbps up, 160 GB cap
  • Ultimate 55: 55 Mbps down/10 Mbps up, 260 GB cap

Upgraded business packages include:

  • Business Select: 40 Mbps down/10 Mbps up
  • Business Premium: 80 Mbps down/10 Mbps up
  • Business Ultimate: 120 Mbps down/20 Mbps up
