EXFO (NASDAQ:EXFO) has unveiled its BrixNGN Infrastructure Performance Suite, designed for enhanced visibility into the performance of network infrastructure in the context of its impact on service quality. It's intended for network performance monitoring in SDN and NFV environments, in which there is sharing of hardware capabilities among virtualized equipment.
The scalable suite is designed to enable the correlation of service-level KPIs with infrastructure metrics such as port speed and flow performance as well as CPU, memory and interface utilization. It features added support for control and provisioning of specific devices from Cisco, Juniper, RAD and others for wireless backhaul and business services.
