RCN Offers Caller ID on TiVo

RCN is now making available its Caller ID on TiVo (NASDAQ:TIVO) service at no additional charge to its subscribers who have both RCN Digital Phone and RCN TiVo services. Launching this week, this feature will be available to new and existing customers and displays the caller's name and number on the TV screen during an incoming call.

The on-screen display is designed to support multiple phone lines per subscriber and is displayed when customers are watching either live TV or a pre-recorded program. The feature also enables a second call to be displayed on the TV when the customer is already on the phone.
