Level 3 Communications (NYSE:LVLT) has signed an agreement with Vyve Broadband to deliver the Level 3 Carrier Cloud Voice Solution. Vyve plans to use the platform to enhance its voice services while reducing infrastructure and operating expenses. The solution combines Level 3's VoIP Enhanced Local Service with Alianza's Cloud Voice Platform.
