TWC Biz Adds Phone Features

Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) Business Class (TWCBC) has announced new features for its Business Class Phone (BCP) service. It includes a choice of unlimited local and national calling plans, and more than 30 features, including a new mobility package, without the need to invest in new equipment or change existing telephone numbers.

New features include:

• Voice Manager: A web-based portal and downloadable application designed to enable customers to manage features
• Mobility Package: Includes simultaneous ring, sequential ring, office anywhere, and personal attendant
• Premium Features: Include Business Groups, Auto Attendant, and group shared mailboxes
