Rural Broadband Investments has closed its acquisition of several cable systems from Cass Cable TV. The Cass systems purchased by RBI serve Brighton, Carrollton, Jerseyville, Manchester, Roodhouse and White Hall in Illinois. RBI now serves more than 150,000 customers in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Nevada.
