Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR) has introduced a multiscreen video app. The Charter TV App is designed to run on iOS .5.1 or above, Android 4.0 or above, and Kindle Fire (except first generation). The app features access to live and on-demand video, browse and search, DVR scheduling, recommendations, and the ability to use a device as a TV remote control.
