Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) Business Class has been named the top cable company on Vertical Systems Group's U.S. Carrier Ethernet LEADERBOARD based on port share results for year-end 2013. TWCBC jumped to fifth overall in the research firm's rankings, up three spots from No. 8 in the previous year's survey.
