Rogers Communications (NYSE:RCI) announced the opening of a new Rogers Data Centre in Calgary. The 85,000-square-foot facility, called Calgary_DC3, is Tier III certified and is is Rogers' second Tier III center in Canada. Calgary_DC3 is intended to be used as a primary corporate data center for Calgary, as well as a disaster recovery site.

With the opening of the new facility, Rogers now operates data centers in 15 locations across the country.
