GENBAND Buying Messaging Vendor

GENBAND has agreed to acquire uReach Technologies, which includes a portfolio of voice, video and unified messaging solutions and services. The acquisition is intended to enable replacement of legacy voicemail systems with scalable unified messaging solutions.

uReach's messaging portfolio is designed to be deployed by global service providers via distributed, Internet-scale cloud or in-network models. uReach's messaging software also offers business applications designed to enhance productivity and improve communications.
