Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) Business Class has announced the availability of a new voice solution, SIP (session initiated protocol) Trunks. TWCBC's SIP Trunks are intended as an alternative to traditional TDM-based voice trunk services for those businesses with IP PBX equipment.

The fiber-based service features dedicated bandwidth for voice calls and further includes:

• Unlimited local calling, caller ID, inbound/outbound call blocking, calling name and number delivery
• Business continuity features such as alternate routing
• A trunk administration portal
• Options to purchase as few as six call paths, and the ability to add more call paths one at a time
