Consolidated Communications (NASDAQ:CNSL) announced the expansion of its enterprise and commercial services into the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. The company currently owns 30,000 fiber miles of network in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area, which has been used to serve its wholesale and carrier customers to date. Beginning in January, the company will begin offering services to area enterprise customers.The company, which bought cable operator SureWest Communications in July 2012, currently operates commercial and residential services in the greater Houston, TX, area, as well as Illinois, California, Kansas, Missouri and Pennsylvania.
