Cox VA Names Three Tech VPs

Cox Communications recently named Robert Latvis as vice president of field operations; Jim Ruel as vice president of outside plant, maintenance and construction; and Toni Stubbs as vice president of engineering and operations for Cox Virginia.Latvis, Ruel and Stubbs share responsibility for the more than 1.5 million Cox video, Internet, phone and home security subscriptions statewide and are based out of the Hampton Roads office in Chesapeake.
