Cox Business received the highest ranking in JD Power's 2013 U.S. Business Wireline Satisfaction Study in the small/medium businesses segment. Based on a 1,000-point scale, Cox Business scored 710 in the SMB segment (companies with between 20 and 499 employees).As the fastest growing segment of Cox Communications, Cox Business surpassed 300,000 customers nationwide earlier this year.
