Shaw Closes ENMAX Buy
Shaw Communications (NYSE:SJR) announced the completion of its acquisition of ENMAX Envision from ENMAX Corp. for approximately $225 million. The transaction, which was announced April 8, is intended to expand Shaw's Business initiatives in Calgary and the surrounding area.
