Cox Communications' TV Connect app will now support Amazon's Kindle Fire, Google's Nexus and Samsung's Galaxy Tab 2 and Note tablets. The free app, designed to create a second screen for live TV viewing in the home, also supports iOS devices. Introduced in December 2011, the app has been downloaded more than 500,000 times.
