Rogers Communications (TSE:RCI) has purchased BLACKIRON Data for $200 million cash, subject to certain adjustments. BLACKIRON Data is a pure-play provider of data center and cloud computing services in Canada with approximately 4,000 customers.The purchase of BLACKIRON is intended to enable Rogers Business Solutions' to enhance its suite of enterprise-level data center and cloud computing services along with its fiber-based network connectivity services.
