Cogeco Cable (TSX:CCA) is increasing upload and download speeds and monthly transfer capacities of its Business High Speed Internet (HSI) packages, free of charge, in both Ontario and Quebec. The improvements were implemented as of Feb. 1 for residential users, and Cogeco Business Internet customers will see the changes take effect over the course of this month.Cogeco Business Solutions High Speed Internet service includes four different packages:
