The SCTE has launched a training and certification program designed to support the rollout of business services by cable operators.The Business Class Services Specialist (BCSS) course and certification have been created to address the need for experienced field technicians who can perform and troubleshoot installations for small-to-medium-sized business class customers.The course is available in an instructor-led or on-demand online format, or as an onsite course for cable operators' business services teams.
