Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) announced an update of its TWC TV app for the Apple iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. The iOS update includes a variety of new features including the addition of free and premium VOD content for in-home viewing.The initial catalog is a mix of HD and SD content. TWC plans to add more content, including HD, as it becomes available. The MSO also plans to make the same upgrade for PC and Android in the near future, currently targeted for the first quarter of 2013.The new iOS app includes:

• Browse by TV Shows, Movies, Kids and Network



• Search the On Demand catalog by title



• Parental controls
