Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) is launching its SignatureHome service, first announced in December 2010, in Texas on Wednesday, Dec. 12. The package offers more than 180 channels of video, 50 Mbps high-speed Internet service, as well as Internet on the Go capabilities, an iPad app, digital phone, and premium customer service including system trouble-shooting, TV and computer hook-up, and home networking. The package starts at $199.99 per month.
