Cox Business has announced several enhancements to its cloud-based Cox Business Online Backup solution to make it more intuitive and easier to use. The service backs up files automatically while allowing users to access and restore files in the office or out. All new and existing Cox Business Internet customers receive Cox Business Online Backup as part of the service, which includes up to 25 GB storage. In addition, the service now offers 250 GB and 1 TB incremental storage options, monthly storage consumption reports, a new user interface, and support for Macs.
