Shaw Communications will provide the city of Calgary with local telephone services and an advanced custom 311 configuration. The new contract will allow Shaw Business to extend its voice network to the city of Calgary's business requirements and will complement Shaw's existing agreement with the city for the delivery of data services.Shaw's three-year agreement will service the city's three main locations -- City Hall, Manchester and Whitehorn -- with more than 8,000 direct inward dial numbers and a call routing and management platform for the city's 311 services.
