Netflix Launches Android Streaming App

Over-the-top video provider Netflix has launched a free video streaming application for some Android smart phones. Netflix already streams to several Apple products, as well as some connected TVs, game consoles and DVRs. The Android launch covers only a few devices (HTC Incredible with 2.2+, HTC Nexus One with 2.2+, HTC EVO 4G with 2.2+, HTC G2 with 2.2+, Samsung Nexus S with 2.3+), though the OTT video provider says it plans to add more phones soon.
