The SCTE has approved a standard designed to reduce interference between DOCSIS 3.1 and MoCA signals within the same premises.

SCTE 235 2017, "Operational Practice for the Coexistence of DOCSIS 3.1 Signals and MoCA Signals in the Home Environment," applies to any network that contains DOCSIS downstream signals at frequencies greater than 1 GHz and has MoCA signals in the premises. The calculations are valid for DOCSIS 3.1 and for MoCA 1.1 and 2.0 single channel operation.

The standard is available at http://www.scte.org/SCTE/Standards/Download/SCTE/Standards/Download_SCTE_Standards.aspx.
