Encompass Digital Media announced a global partnership with Fastly to create an end-to-end OTT and multiscreen content playout and delivery platform. Encompass will incorporate Fastly's media and streaming video delivery capabilities for broadcasters, studios, networks, content owners and aggregators into its OTT solution.
