Wave Broadband, a gigabit fiber and broadband services company serving the Pacific Northwest, is deploying the C100G CCAP from Casa Systems to provide subscribers with gigabit broadband speeds. The CCAP deployment is also intended to improve QoE, reduce energy consumption and rack space needs, and simplify operations.
Wave, headquartered in Kirkland, WA, provides more than 450,000 subscribers in Washington, Oregon and California with Internet, TV and phone services. The company recently launched gigabit Internet services in parts of San Francisco and Everett, WA.
