At IBC in Amsterdam, ADB will launch its ADB Connected Solutions, a range of application-specific software solutions for personal and business video and the Internet of Things (IoT).

The backbone of ADB's Connected Solutions suite is ConnectedOS, a hybrid cloud and device-centric platform for developing, deploying and managing connected devices for video and IoT. It acts as a transition layer between connected technologies, industry platforms and protocols.

The Connected Solutions portfolio consists of:

  • Personal TV - delivers TV experiences across any screen
  • Personal IoT - manages and unifies smart home applications
  • Business TV - delivers video and digital signage across any screen in any location
  • Business IoT - improves the efficiency of business processes and provides ongoing lifecycle management
