At the NAB Show in Las Vegas, Elliptic Technologies is presenting the latest features in its Content Protection portfolio, tVault for UltraHD video content, as well as tRoot multiscreen security solutions.
Content protection solutions featuring the tVault family are designed to enable more services to run securely on connected devices. Elliptic's tVault for DTCP-IP (Digital Transmission Content Protection over Internet Protocol) is certified to DLNA's VidiPath, and tVault is HDCP 2.2 (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) certified for Miracast.
Elliptic's tRoot technology is designed to provide security for devices such as tablets, smartphones and UltraHD TVs. It's designed to comply with the MovieLabs Enhanced Content Protection specification, including hardware-enforced HDCP 2.2 link protection, hardware root of trust to protect device, DRM keys and other credentials, side channel countermeasures and NIST SP 800-90C compliant True Random Number Generators.
