Avvasi has partnered with Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) on a joint QoE solution to enable service providers to deliver monetized multiscreen video services.

Avvasi's Xperium QoE management solution, Q-SRV, will be orchestrated by Oracle's Communications Policy Controller. The combined video QoE policy management solution is intended to enable providers to ease network congestion, grow services revenues, and improve profitability and network resource utilization.

Q-SRV is designed to enable broadband network operators to detect poor video experience in their network, per subscriber, device, location and service, and to improve the user experience in real time.
