KDG Renews Cableway Deal

Teleste subsidiary Cableway AG has signed a three-year frame agreement with one-year option with Kabel Deutschland on the upgrading and maintenance services of cable networks. The agreement continues existing service business with KDG. The estimated value of the agreement is 50 to 60 million euros a year.

The agreement builds on Cableway's field service and expands it into sales activities by Cableway field technicians. A pilot of such sales activities was conducted in 2014.
