SeaChange International (NASDAQ:SEAC) is showing its Rave OTT video platform at NATPE Miami and the NCTC's Winter Educational Conference in San Antonio. Announced in December, Rave is intended to address consumer preferences for OTT video and TV, including VOD, time-shifted, live and downloaded content on any consumer device.

The system is designed to comprise every component required to build an OTT business, from multi-device consumer experiences and storefronts to content ingestion, and also to unify OTT and TV delivery in a single platform.
