For CES in Las Vegas, Quickplay announced support for Android TV, in a showcase of the company's Next Generation Experience Solution. The solution is intended to provide third-party developer tools as well as an Android TV reference user experience for live and VOD services, supporting Android set-top boxes as well as companion devices. The developer support tools are designed to enable integration to the Quickplay back-end service for third-party developers and front-end software vendors.
