Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC) and Boingo Wireless (NASDAQ:WIFI) announced a reciprocal Passpoint WiFi roaming agreement. Qualified TWC Internet customers and Boingo subscribers can connect to WiFi networks at thousands of locations, including 25 of the highest traffic airports in the United States.

The Passpoint roaming functionality allows customers with Passpoint-certified devices and account credentials to connect between the two networks with no action needed on their part. TWC and Boingo's Passpoint-enabled hotspots feature WPA2 encryption technology.
