The new option, available only through separate purchase, incorporates a service-driven, graphical, drill-down process of monitoring designed to sort issues by impact on service, rather than by type of equipment. For example, issues with premium channels can be prioritized and flagged first, so operators can address problems with the greatest revenue impact.

The option includes new graphics, and all channels, services, and equipment with current alarm status are displayed by importance.

Other features include overall service status in real time, control of the actual service quality delivered to consumers, and identification of service impacts with severity levels. In case of problem, impacted services are listed, with a level of impact.
