Pace (LSE:PIC) has launched a range of DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Gateway products. The new gateway lineup is designed to deliver up to 24 bonded downstream DOCSIS channels with speeds up to 960 Mbps, as well as WiFi with dual band, concurrent 802.11n (2.4 GHz) and 802.11ac (5 GHz) functionality.

Initial availability is set for November. Further variants of the range are scheduled to follow in 2015. The first three models include:

  • D5001 Ultra Gateway - 24 bonded downstream channels, eight upstream channels, integrated MoCA 2.0, and dual band 802.11 n/ac.
  • D3001 Max Gateway - 16 bonded downstream channels, four upstream channels, integrated MoCA 2.0, and dual band 802.11 n/ac.
  • D3003 Advanced Gateway - 16 bonded downstream channels, four upstream channels, and dual band 802.11 n/ac.
