Spanish cable operator ONO plans to integrate TiVo's (NASDAQ:TIVO) cloud service APIs into its TV Everywhere mobile and web applications, including search and discovery capabilities and remote PVR recording management functionality.
ONO first partnered with TiVo in 2011 to develop its TV offering, and the service now reaches more than half of ONO's user base, with some 400,000 active users.
