ETI Software Solutions is acquiring Netmania, a provider of ACS technology based outside of London. Netmania brings lservice management software to ETI, as well as a 24/7 software support center based in Bulgaria.
Netmania Solutions will operate under the UK entity, Enhanced Telecommunications Ltd. Its employees will continue to provide TR-069 ACS systems integration, service provisioning, data collection and router diagnostics, integration into self-care portals, and firmware upgrades/compliance testing.
