Qwilt Inks NCTC Deal

Qwilt and the NCTC have signed a master agreement for the sale of Qwilt's Video Caching Solution to the NCTC membership. Qwilt video caching is already deployed at a number of NCTC member networks, and the agreement will make it available to the entire membership. Qwilt's video caching solution is designed to optimize video traffic, reduce network costs and improve QoE.
