Several thought leaders from CableLabs and a cross-section of the operator and vendor community has been selected as presenters for the Wireless and DOCSIS 3.1 Pre-Conference Symposium to be held in conjunction with SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in Denver this fall.

Comcast's (NASDAQ:CMCSA) Jorge Salinger, Cisco's (NASDAQ:CSCO) John Chapman and CableLabs' Belal Hamzeh, Mark Poletti and Vivek Ganti headline a group of seven presenters who will provide an overview of the two services and their roles in the future of cable. The full-day symposium will address the current status of the two technologies, their potential impact on operators' service bundles and their ability to improve customer experiences. In addition, the symposium will discuss in detail the technical requirements and engineering techniques for successful deployments.
