In Dublin, Ireland, a development of 120 apartments in Stillorgan has been fitted out by Magnet Networks with a symmetrical 1 Gbps fiber connection. Dubbed Project Leap, the deployment is intended to gauge demand for Gigabit broadband services in Ireland, and also to assess broadband usage patterns in homes with the service.
