RGB Networks has partnered with Pi Telecom, a developer of interactive IP video solutions, to deliver a software-based over-the-top (OTT) solution. As a subsidiary of Russian system integrator BCC, Pi Telecom represents the integrator's operations outside of Russia.

Pi Telecom's MediaStage family of products is designed to enable interactive TV solutions and to integrate with existing services for a hybrid IPTV/OTT service, or to accommodate a full OTT rollout. Capable of being hosted in either public or private cloud environments, the solution is designed to scale according to customer demand.
